HOW CAN I GET CONNECTED (OR STAY CONNECTED) WITH MY NEIGHBORHOOD?
West Nithsdale uses Facebook to facilitate messaging between neighbors. We have this website to house a calendar of events, HOA documents, and general information for residents.
WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Assessments are due during the month of March each year. An invoice will be mailed to each homeowner and be due before March 31st.

HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF THEÂ BYLAWS OF THIS COMMUNITY?
On this site, under Documents, residents can access HOA deeds and covenants, architectural guidelines and all relevant HOA materials.
